  • Responsibilities:
    • Direct all aspects of visual merchandising execution
    • Assign and merchandise planograms
    • Implement new fixture initiatives
    • Provide store support regarding planograms
    • Find solutions to difficult problems
    • Take ownership of special projects and initiatives
    • Collaborate with Merchants to create customer-centric planograms
    • Work with stores to address challenges and establish strong relationships
    • Apply data analysis for assortment and space variations
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Physical Requirements & Attendance:
    • Acceptable level of hearing and vision
    • Adherence to company work hours and policies
    • Regular attendance required
    • Ability to work flexible hours
    • Up to 5% travel may be required
