Position Overview: As an Account Executive at MLee Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing our valued clients while ensuring the smooth functioning of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and our Recruiters, understanding their support needs, and providing them with exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings, working with recruiters etc. This can be done by doing the following:
- Reviewing recruiter's emails to ensure that names and contact information for facilities are stored in our CRM.
- Communicate with Recruiters about their facilities and what assistance they may need with them. This can be scheduling drug tests, setting up background checks, and other additional duties outlined by the supervisor.
- Act as liaison between recruiters and clients when recruiters are out of the office. This can be done by responding to client emails, and candidate emails, and doing a service check with clients to ensure we are providing exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients based on their evolving staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop strategies for attracting new clients and expanding our client base.
- Participate in sales pitches and presentations to showcase our agency's capabilities and offerings to potential clients.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and talent requirements for clients.
- Assist in candidate sourcing and screening processes when necessary, ensuring top-quality candidates are presented to clients.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing recruitment projects, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collection goals, fostering a harmonious work environment with financial rewards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
