  • Lead the HR business and administration team by developing and implementing HR plans, processes, and procedures related to onboarding, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and more.
  • Coach managers, supervisors, and employees on employee relations issues, and design effective solutions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and uphold corporate ethics and values.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with regulations and oversee HR related compliance activities.
  • Hire, train, and oversee the performance of the HR and administration team.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance department efficiency and service quality.
  • Participate in special projects, promote safety, and undertake other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 6 years of HR experience.
  • Ability to mentor employees and guide them through change management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and handling sensitive information.
  • Preferred: 3 years of HR management experience or HR certification.
