We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at CoBank. As a key member of our credit and relationship management team, you will be responsible for managing significant account relationships with existing and prospective customers in assigned markets and/or industry segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the day-to-day customer relationship of complex, highly visible accounts.
  • Meet regularly with customers to gather information on their businesses, needs, strategic direction, and earnings to determine business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement plans to capitalize on marketing opportunities and cross-market CoBank's products and services to meet goals for assigned accounts.
  • Guide the development and analysis of financial data for new or renewed financing arrangements and recommend decisions on loan terms and loan servicing actions within approved limits on assigned accounts.
  • Manage to profitability and credit quality targets for portfolio and guide credit analysis area in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in account management and marketing techniques and assist less experienced staff in their relationships with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or agriculture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
