We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at CoBank. Key Responsibilities- Independently manage the day-to-day customer relationship of complex, highly visible accounts.
- Meet regularly with customers to gather information on their businesses, needs, strategic direction, and earnings to determine business opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans to capitalize on marketing opportunities and cross-market CoBank's products and services to meet goals for assigned accounts.
- Guide the development and analysis of financial data for new or renewed financing arrangements and recommend decisions on loan terms and loan servicing actions within approved limits on assigned accounts.
- Manage to profitability and credit quality targets for portfolio and guide credit analysis area in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans.
- Provide leadership and guidance in account management and marketing techniques and assist less experienced staff in their relationships with customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or agriculture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
