Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the recruiting, hiring, and training of new crew members.

  • Support Store Manager as needed, pending dayday operation needs.
  • Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as product ordering and inventory counts.

Qualifications:

  • This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the store on an asneeded basis.
