Responsibilities

This position is an entry level role focused on admin/clerical responsibilities within an Advisors and Brokerage team. In this role you may responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Front desk and greeting of clients for the Advising team
  • Customer service, including answering calls and some email inquiries
  • Administrative and clerical responsibilities
  • Organizing paperwork and other client information
