Key Responsibilities
  • Office Organization
    • Collaborate with our facilities and IT partners to ensure all office equipment and supplies are in working order.
    • Ensure necessary office supplies are stocked and organized, and mail is distributed efficiently.
    • Greet and direct agents and customers as needed.
  • Agent Support
    • Provide white-glove service to agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting our available support teams.
    • Support agents with technology, process, or operationally related questions.
    • Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition.
    • Work with our Agent Onboarding Team as needed to support the agent onboarding process.
  • Transaction Support
    • Ensure agents' transactions are efficiently and accurately processed, with timely commission payments and minimal adjustments.
    • Scan physical checks as needed.
    • Act as a point of contact for following up on missing documentation or transactional issues.
    • Enter and update data in our MLS and Transaction Manager systems.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and timely commission payments.
    • Review and resolve issues in our Trident and Transaction Manager systems.
  • Branch Leader Support
    • Support our Branch Managers with maintaining office promotional items, sales meetings, new agent orientations, and office culture.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate office setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including agents, branch managers, and operational support teams.
  • Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adjust priorities as needed.
