Reports to: Executive VP of Operations and Business Development
Employee Classification: Non-Exempt
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join out team as a Home Health Aide Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring new Health Aides in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, and possesses a high level of organization.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Work, Excel)
· Must be organized and detailed oriented with excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
· Seld-motivated, able to work independently and with teams, multitask, and make sound decisions when needed
· Fluent in Spanish
Responsibilities:
· Screen, interview and hire new Home Health Aides following company policies and procedures
· Submit weekly recent hire reports to HR Compliance
· Provide weekly submission of HHA availability lists to Client Care Coordinators/ Intake department
· Follow up on all disability/workers' compensation claims
· Ensure compliance with all State and Federal labor laws
· Maintain communication with all associates regarding process changes and updates
· Perform other duties as assigned
Salary:
· $19-23 Hr
