Kavaliro has partnered with a local financial service provider seeking a temporary (minimum 6 months) Assistant Manager for their consumer lending department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate loan applications and make decisions regarding loan approvals, denials, or counteroffers.
- Conduct loan reviews and render decisions while the Member is present.
- Identify and recommend workflow changes.
- Advise Members on loan requirements and related matters.
- Discuss loan options and beneficial programs with members.
- Review and make recommendations on loan requests.
- Prepare regular reports on loan volumes and services.
Leadership:
- Manage, train, motivate, coach, and supervise 10+ team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of consumer and mortgage loan products.
- In-depth knowledge of lending principles, practices, regulations, and sales.
- Minimum of 6 years of consumer lending experience.
This is 100% on-site in Santa Rosa, CA.
Hourly Rate is $45-$60/hour
