Exchange Bank is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Banker II-III Manager on Duty to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Build upon the collective team knowledge and success by mentoring and coaching newer Relationship Bankers.
- Sales: Identify and recommend consumer loan products through interviewing customers and understanding their needs. Provide and accept loan applications, including creating and forwarding packages to the Bank's Consumer Lending Department.
- Operations Leadership: Act as manager on duty in the absence of branch management team by effectively balancing customer needs, sales efforts, regulatory requirements, and sound operational practices.
- Education: A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Experience: A minimum of one to two years of experience as a Relationship Banker.
- Skills: Thorough knowledge of consumer loan product suite, business deposit accounts, and branch operational procedures. Ability to provide coaching and instruction to others on complex matters involving high levels of detail.
- Competitive Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $21.95 to $30.32 per hour.
