Pay rate:

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
- Engage in process design, modeling, and governance in support of changes impacting people, process and technology
- Support process transformation and re-engineering while building relationships with operations, business partners, and technology teams
- Challenge and influence stakeholders using analytical and critical thinking skills in support of process design and improvements
- Conducts process analysis, process modelling and process governance
- Help identify controls
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
Experience requirements:
- Must have financial industry experience
- Strong Process mapping skills and related facilitation
- Creative problem-solving skills, with an Operational Excellence mindset in understanding, improving, and controlling processes and related tools
- Ability to assess process testing and/or monitoring, helping align metrics and process controls to change efforts
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail & analytical thinker
- Ability to mitigate risk and provide sustainable solutions
Pay Details:
$95.07 per hour
