Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Engage in process design, modeling, and governance in support of changes impacting people, process and technology
  • Support process transformation and re-engineering while building relationships with operations, business partners, and technology teams
  • Challenge and influence stakeholders using analytical and critical thinking skills in support of process design and improvements
  • Conducts process analysis, process modelling and process governance
  • Help identify controls

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required

Experience requirements:

  • Must have financial industry experience
  • Strong Process mapping skills and related facilitation
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with an Operational Excellence mindset in understanding, improving, and controlling processes and related tools
  • Ability to assess process testing and/or monitoring, helping align metrics and process controls to change efforts
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail & analytical thinker
  • Ability to mitigate risk and provide sustainable solutions

Pay Details:

$95.07 per hour
