Job Title: Systems Installation Business Sales Representative

  • Sell the company's range of solutions, products, labor, and services.
  • Upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with contractors in the designated area.

  • Create and implement customer follow-up strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years in high-volume sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry experience in fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm, access control, and more.
  • Strong negotiation and prospecting skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • Able to clear a drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: NICET Level II or higher in fire alarm systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Visual capabilities for close and distance vision, color vision, and more.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience. Eligible for annual bonuses. Benefits include healthcare coverage, 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, wellbeing programs, and paid time off, accruing up to 120 hours in the first year. Six paid holidays included.
