VFS Fire and Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler System Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fire protection services team, you will be responsible for supporting foremen and other team members with the installation of fire sprinkler systems on various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support with the installation of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring high-quality work and attention to detail.
- Follow safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company and industry standardized practices and methods to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Attend training, safety, and education meetings to enhance knowledge of safety concerns and resolve related issues.
- Work with integrity to uphold organizational values and maintain a positive work environment.
- Valid driver's license without restrictions.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and fire codes.
- Knowledge of how to operate various electrical and mechanical tools, such as saws, wrenches, cutting torches, drills, pipe threader, lifts, ladders, and motor vehicles.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- 1+ years of fire sprinkler experience and knowledge of NFPA 13 preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds, work in elevated areas, and perform tasks that require stamina and repetitive movements.
- Ability to stay on feet for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying 50+ pounds with no fear of heights.

$20 - $25 per hour.
