Job Objective: Responsible for promoting, selling, and providing support for all manufacturers and products associated with the company. The focus is on maintaining current business relationships, as well as establishing new connections. The company has a strong presence in Wisconsin and the surrounding territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales within the existing territory.
- Serve as an Engineered Sales Professional.
- Identify sales prospects and offer suitable solutions.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Engage with local HVAC & Plumbing Engineers, Contractors, and End Users.
- Promote and sell company products by initiating contacts and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge about the product line and competitor offerings through continuous training.
- Become a recognized local expert on the marketed products.
- Assist in bid and specification sales.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up with customers.
- Participate in factory and online training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications: Professional demeanor, excellent presentation skills, adept at building client relationships, emphasis on delivering quality, proficient in negotiations, strong prospecting abilities, meeting and exceeding sales targets, creative thinking, effective sales planning, independent worker, driven for sales success, finesse in communication, confidence in approach, mathematical and mechanical aptitude, self-motivated, skilled problem-solver and solution-provider. Possessing a P.E. stamp is advantageous but not mandatory.
Working Area: The designated territory is Southern Wisconsin.
