Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project engineering and management, including setting priorities, developing objectives, and financial management of projects.
  • Hands-on involvement in the design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Business and project development, including proposal preparations, client management, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 6 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design.
  • Project Management experience working with government agencies, such as the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, is highly desirable.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of WisDOT design and standards, as well as experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D software, is a plus.
