The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in crafting policy documents, system documentation, manuals, and more for IT systems, along with excellent communication skills.
Working closely with diverse teams, you'll create clear and quality documentation that aligns with organizational objectives and global standards.
Requirements:
US Citizenship is a must. Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance needed. This hybrid position (on-site/remote) requires at least three days on-site weekly initially for a comprehensive understanding of the program.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or seven years without. Advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Sharepoint, and Remedy is advantageous. Great public speaking skills and the ability to design engaging training sessions are key.
Strong written and verbal communication is essential for interacting with a diverse audience. You'll manage input from various team members, ensuring standardized language and formats. Excellent analytical skills and project management abilities are vital to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

- Administer tasks related to training facilitation.
