Architecture Design + Build is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial landscape construction projects, including crew management.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and communicate all project-related activities
  • Schedule work, ensure construction quality, manage budgets, and supervise production
  • Coordinate materials, staff, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently
  • Review and manage construction packages before and during the construction phase
  • Communicate effectively with management, crews, and subcontractors
  • Approve timesheets, invoices, and site reports
  • Manage project closeouts and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the design team and clients
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by crews and subcontractors

Goals and Objectives:

  • Ensure quality control and construction standards
  • Maintain project schedule, budget, and profitability
  • Develop and educate staff at all levels
  • Manage resources efficiently for on-time and within budget project deliveries
  • Establish clear communication with all stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of residential construction management experience
  • Skilled in progress billing and proposal drafting
  • Degree in construction or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in New England landscape construction and management
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in landscape construction
