Role Highlights:
- Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to establish standard documentation templates and formats.
- Review and edit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Interact with various functions to enhance data collection efficiency.
- Organize documentation to meet customer requirements.
- Compile Databook packages according to customer needs.
- Train team members as necessary.
Preferred candidates should have some of the following:
- 5+ years of experience in Documentation Package Management.
- Proficiency in API Product Specification Levels and Performance Requirements.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Adobe software.
- Knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, and SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with editing and proofreading skills.
