HomeTeam Inspection Service, a leading home inspection franchisor, is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operational processes. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our franchise network by providing technological support and relationship development. This role will also contribute to the growth of HomeTeam's national brand by cultivating strong relationships within our partner network through regular communication and coordination of partner events across the country.

Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Support: Assisting franchisees and the coaching staff with operational inquiries, national partnership questions, guidance on processes, software tools, and best practices to enhance their business.

2. National Partnerships: Assisting in coordinating national, state, and regional events within our national partnerships network. Help manage the budget for these events, while helping to facilitate existing (and new) sponsorship opportunities.

3. Data Analysis: Working to analyze inspection data to see how it correlates to national partnerships and their effectiveness.

4. Process Improvement: Assisting in the development of new ideas within franchise operations.Analyzing existing workflows, proposing enhancements, and assisting in implementing streamlined procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or 5-years of equivalent experience

· Previous experience in a support role, preferably within a franchising or operations environment

· Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Power BI

· Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive process improvement.

· Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional support and service.

· MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO 1-3 INDUSTRY TRADESHOWS EVERY YEAR, IF NEEDED
