ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Night Audit Agent ensures efficient guest registration, settlement, and information, maintaining accurate hotel income and expenses records.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Hourly Rate: $14
- Benefits: Health coverage, paid time off, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
SCHEDULE:
- Part-time: 8-29 hours weekly.
- Availability for special events and high occupancy periods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Check-in guests and fulfill requests professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and assist other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2 years of college education preferred.
- 2 years of service industry experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and able to multitask.
