Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, registering guests, making reservations, and handling customer inquiries and issues.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure all areas are locked and secured, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain radio contact with other employees, respond to guest requests, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Run reports, complete the Night Audit checklist, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel front desk or related field.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; 2 to 4-year college degree helpful.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Accounting Principles, proficiency in Windows operating systems, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
