Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes on-site at customer locations.
  • Train and mentor field technicians to enhance overall team expertise.
  • Conduct mandatory OSHA inspections, generate reports, and issue repair orders as necessary.
  • Provide customers with expert advice on repair and safety matters, offering recommendations for service improvement.
  • Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and assets ensuring they are safe and operational.
  • Operate tools and vehicles safely, promptly reporting any issues to a supervisor.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.
