Key Responsibilities
  • Window Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
  • Surface Cleaning: Clean and scrub tracks, screens, and other exterior surfaces.
  • Power Washing: Power wash brick, siding, and concrete surfaces.
  • Gutter Cleaning: Clean gutters and downspouts.
  • Job Oversight: Oversee and delegate responsibilities to technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient job progress.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer interactions, including job closeout, payment, and review requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in window cleaning or a related field.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
