Description:

The company is seeking a dedicated individual to join as an Account Manager to oversee the management, development, and coordination of resources for large accounts. The role involves acting as a vital link between the company, clients, and employees, ensuring efficient handling of client requests, job scheduling, and resource allocation. Responsibilities also include maintaining consistent communication with clients, accurate data entry, addressing client issues, and ensuring quality assurance for all assigned tasks.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage large accounts, handle client requests, and maintain communication between company and clients
  • Monitor work progress
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager/Director of Operations at different locations to schedule work orders efficiently
  • Engage clients positively via phone and email, build relationships, and manage client feedback database
  • Conduct regular quality checks to exceed client expectations
  • Update client notes in the database
  • Organize client files, assist regional team with appointments, and maintain client contact
  • Send client schedule notifications, invoice clients, and ensure accurate billing
  • Control Accounts Receivable and billing procedures
  • Complete billing, payroll, and revenue reporting
  • Manage data flow between locations and offices
  • Report issues and concerns to supervisor
EXPECTED RESULTS
  • Efficiently manage multiple accounts and allocate resources effectively
  • Provide timely responses to client needs
  • Consistently monitor to meet AR goals, invoice processing, and data entry standards
  • Handle client issues promptly and maintain relationships within the team

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred, Bachelor's a plus
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of administrative, customer service, account management experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internally and externally
  • Demonstrated multi-account management skills and prioritization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal, data entry, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and meet objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to adapt schedules to business needs
