Job Description:
What will you work on?
As Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day business and be the key point of contact for leading their brands.
How will you create impact?
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product development, design, engineering, and sales to execute key brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.
- Drive critical path process, ensuring all timelines are adhered to, financial goals are achieved, and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
- Liaise with licensors to ensure that all key milestones, forecasts, calendars, and other critical details are aligned to and shared. Collaboration and communication with licensors are a key element of this role.
- Oversee and manage P&L to drive key brand operations including forecasting, pricing, costing, and profitability analysis in order to deliver brand financial goals.
- Support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager
- Regularly analyze POS performance, competitive landscape and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities. Leverage data to discover insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving to commercial opportunities.
- Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners
- Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital and consumer promotions
- Direct experience with the full product development cycle, with a track record of thriving in a growth oriented and changing environment
- Direct experience dealing with overseas development and manufacturing facilities
