Job Title: Abbott Global Launch Education Product Manager

Job Description:

  • Contribute to the development of training content and programs for innovative CRM products/therapies
  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Clinical teams to design global training solutions
  • Establish training strategies for new products/therapies
  • Drive process improvement and seek innovative training methods
  • Ensure consistency in training content and global message
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with R&D and Marketing to identify trainee needs early in the product development cycle
  • Lead the development of comprehensive product launch training programs
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs and maintain training content
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure global consistency in training
  • Drive a culture of best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in biotechnology or medical-related field, 2-3+ years of experience in the medical device industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and cardiac pacing
  • Demonstrated knowledge in cardiology and adult education
  • Ability to simplify complex topics effectively and create rich training content

If you have a BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in training and education programs for the medical device industry or a Masters degree with 5+ years of experience, this opportunity is for you.
