Job Title: Abbott Global Launch Education Product Manager
Job Description:
- Contribute to the development of training content and programs for innovative CRM products/therapies
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Clinical teams to design global training solutions
- Establish training strategies for new products/therapies
- Drive process improvement and seek innovative training methods
- Ensure consistency in training content and global message
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with R&D and Marketing to identify trainee needs early in the product development cycle
- Lead the development of comprehensive product launch training programs
- Deliver train-the-trainer programs and maintain training content
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure global consistency in training
- Drive a culture of best practices and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in biotechnology or medical-related field, 2-3+ years of experience in the medical device industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and cardiac pacing
- Demonstrated knowledge in cardiology and adult education
- Ability to simplify complex topics effectively and create rich training content
If you have a BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in training and education programs for the medical device industry or a Masters degree with 5+ years of experience, this opportunity is for you.
