Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with instructional design to evaluate, develop, update, and adapt training materials based on analysis data.
  • Product Launch Training: Partner with business unit stakeholders to plan launch training for new products and therapies.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person new hire and product launch training to the U.S. commercial field team and internal customers.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback surveys in order to adjust content and delivery methods to improve outcomes.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide input and subject-matter expertise to relevant groups or on relevant projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with global regulations and requirements, company policy, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree
  • Experience: 2-10+ years of experience in medical device education or experience in other types of roles within the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Field Experience: Field experience in cardiac pacing
  • Adult Education: Experience with adult education and training, with a preference towards medical sales staff, physicians, or AHPs
  • Cardiology Knowledge: Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Cath Lab and Operating Room Procedures: Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
