About the RoleAs a Product Manager at MDisrupt, you'll be responsible for championing customer needs and ensuring our products deliver a world-class experience. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and customer success teams to execute the product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and drive successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed product requirements with a strong focus on B2B strategy, aligning with MDisrupt's strategic goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception through to market launch and commercialization, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch.
- Assist in refining product visions that inspire and engage stakeholders in the B2B healthtech space.
- Be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs and pain points.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Translate customer insights into innovative product features and enhancements.
- Support go-to-market strategy and planning, encompassing marketing plan, collateral, launch materials and training.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to bring product ideas to life.
- Assist agile teams, acting as the Product Owner, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and make data-driven product decisions.
- Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.
- 5+ years of software product management experience, ideally at a startup with fewer than 100 employees. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Customer-Centric: You are obsessed with understanding and solving customer problems.
- Innovative: You think outside the box and are always looking for creative solutions.
- Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical: You are data-driven and can turn insights into action.
- Agile: You are familiar with agile methodologies, B2B product development and can manage a product backlog with ease.
- Communicative: You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex ideas simply in both written and spoken format.
- Design-Savvy: You have a strong background in designing SaaS solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
- Delivery-Focused: You have experience managing multiple product deliveries from development to production, including legacy and new products.
