Job Description

Job Title: Project Launch Manager III

Job Summary:

Kasasa is seeking an experienced Project Launch Manager III to lead the implementation and launch of new products for our clients. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and Kasasa's internal teams, coordinating the work of cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the implementation and launch of new products for Kasasa clients, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the launch process.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Technical Engineers, Marketing Implementation Specialists, Loans Implementation Specialists, Designers, Copywriters, and Front-End Developers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and assist junior team members in their growth and development.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for project processes and procedures.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert for the Launch Project Management team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 6+ years in project management, with knowledge of banking a plus.
  • Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and clients in a deadline-driven environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work model, with a minimum of three full workdays in the office per week.
