Responsibilities:
  • Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Performs Supply Chain tasks at various levels.
  • Ensures proper supply and equipment inventory management following ERP processes.
  • Masters INFOR modules including Par Specialist, Purchasing Receiver, Inventory Management, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
  • Oversees central supply, receiving, and distribution functions.
  • Reviews usage reports and recommends inventory level adjustments.
  • Assists with purchases, consignment management, and annual inventory counts.
  • Participates in process improvements and associates' professional development.
  • Identifies opportunities for cost savings and ensures supply contract compliance.
  • Tracks inventory, plans personnel utilization, and supports departments with supply quotes.
  • Assists in system improvements, customer service enhancements, and inventory cycle counts.
  • Well-versed in MS Office suite/Supply Chain Applications, presents effectively, and interacts with hospital executives.
  • Demonstrates leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Performs duties assigned by Director or Ministry Leadership.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience recommended.
  • 3-4 years of supply chain experience strongly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Infor and Epic, with medical product knowledge.
  • Prior hospital supply chain and policy/procedure development experience.
