Key Responsibilities:
Meets the expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Capable of performing tasks associated with Supply Chain Technician, Technician Senior, and Technician Lead roles. Responsible for managing all supply and equipment inventory while ensuring compliance with ERP processes.

Proficiently utilizes INFOR modules relevant to assignments, including Par Specialist, Purchasing Receiver, Inventory Management, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Management.

Assists in overseeing the operational responsibilities of Supply Chain functions, including central supply, receiving, and distribution. Reviews item usage reports and recommends adjustments to inventory levels. Supports supervisors/managers/directors with purchasing and consignment management. Participates in annual inventory counts and aids in resolving discrepancies. Collaborates on process improvements related to Supply Chain operations. Evaluates associate performance and provides guidance as necessary. Conducts weekly inventory valuations, inventory turns, conversions, and INR reports. Mentors local MM teams to foster professional growth. Engages in cost-saving initiatives. Monitors, rotates, and transfers stock, adjusting processes to prevent supply expiration. Conducts inventory cycle counts. Plans for optimal personnel utilization within departments. Assists departments with quotes for contracted supplies and equipment. Tracks supply contract compliance for the region and provides monthly updates to management regarding contract launch statuses. Identifies opportunities for operational and system enhancements, particularly concerning customer service. May occasionally work extended or irregular hours, including nights and weekends. Proficient in MS Office suite and Supply Chain applications. Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills. Capable of effective presentations and interactions with hospital executives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Skilled in handling interactions with individuals in high-stress situations. Demonstrates leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities. Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
A. Education/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. B. Experience: 4-5 years of relevant work experience recommended, with 3-4 years in supply chain strongly preferred and 2-3 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Infor and Epic, is preferred. Knowledge of medical products and equipment is advantageous. Hospital supply chain experience is preferred. Experience in developing and documenting policies and procedures is beneficial. C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: None required.
