Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize scanning technology to accurately track and manage par locations.
  • Perform cycle counting and physical inventory counting as directed to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Order picking and packing, including documentation, to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Restock pars and inventories to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Perform unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies in a timely manner to meet operational needs.
  • Basic understanding of product numbers and unit of measure to accurately manage inventory.
  • Ability to check expiration dates and maintain clean and orderly stocking areas to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Perform tasks in INFOR (ERP System) appropriately, including transactions in Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned by management to support the supply chain team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • None Required.
