About the Role
- Lead a talented team specializing in design for mission-critical projects, science & technology buildings, and industrial facilities
- Shape project direction and ensure engineering excellence

Responsibilities:

  • Manage department operations, staff, and project priorities
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff
  • Advocate for sustainability in design
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Visit sites for inspections and client meetings

Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or similar field
- Minimum five years of experience in relevant industries
- Proficiency in energy analysis and HVAC systems design
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with energy audits and sustainability certifications

Qualifications (Preferred)
- Advanced degree or additional certifications
- Previous team management experience
