A construction company in Frederick, MD is seeking a qualified a scheduling coordinator to manage schedules from outside builders and plans technicians/subcontractors to hit the deadlines set by the builder.


Office duties:

  • General office duties that include answering incoming calls, directing them to the correct department.
  • Dispatching Field Technicians and coordinating subcontractors, material and/or equipment as needed.
  • Ordering material & making work orders based off of builder schedules.
  • Manages work order documents, schedules technicians/subcontractors assignments, and researches and resolves reported discrepancies.
  • Provides customer service and helps ensure a good customer experience

General abilities:

  • Ability to communicate professionally with all customers, employees and all levels of management
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
