**Essential Functions:**
Telephone contact with various individuals, both within and outside the Company.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company.
Maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels established by management.
Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner when additional information is needed ensuring timely call handling.
Routes calls to appropriate individuals within company as necessary to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Individual must be self-motivated with outstanding customer service, computer and phone skills.
Perform all tasks with minimum direction from the supervisor and handles special projects assigned by the supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned
Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures
**Education:**
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
**Experience:**
0-2 years of Industry experience preferred
0-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
