Role Overview:

  • Lead the B2B Performance Marketing team to develop and implement innovative, data-powered strategies for enhanced growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive success metrics, including CAC targets, LTV reporting, and customer segmentation alignment.
  • Contribute to building strategic investment regions and target verticals for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing and Insight:
    • Build and guide a diverse team in incorporating advanced marketing technologies for improved sales and marketing performance.
    • Create an analytical framework for data optimization, campaign analysis, and customer retention strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights to internal teams based on comprehensive data analysis.
  • Partnership Expansion and Management:
    • Onboard and support partnerships within enterprise and consumer sectors.
    • Ensure a seamless consumer experience through effective roadmapping and integration strategies.
  • Marketing Technology and Process:
    • Define marketing processes and maintain data consistency in CRM systems.
    • Oversee the implementation of marketing technology infrastructure, driving future growth needs.
    • Invest in advanced data architecture and analytics capabilities for sustainable scaling.
  • Marketing Operations:
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations.
    • Optimize marketing practices across the customer lifecycle and ensure uniformity in key marketing terms.
    • Track marketing and sales performance effectively in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Background Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields; Masters preferred.
    • 10-15 years of experience leading enterprise marketing organizations.
    • Proven track record in fast-paced B2B sales environments with substantial revenue.
    • Expertise in utilizing data analytics for driving outcomes and customer insights.
