Position Overview:


The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, providing both strategic direction and operational oversight for all global human resource functions. This position will require effective coordination of team activities and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

The SVP will be tasked with creating a comprehensive roadmap that meets the demands of a global workforce, focusing on workforce strategy, efficient processes, systems integration, and reliable data management.

This role will oversee the daily operations of the Shared Services and People Analytics teams while strategically aligning with internal business units to ensure operational strategies support overall business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Directs the strategy for HRIS technology to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization, considering global expansion and acquisitions.

Manages the planning, development, and implementation of new or redesigned global HR systems, reports, policies, and procedures.

Leads the global Shared Services team, ensuring the delivery of streamlined HR processes and transactions, including policy maintenance and consistent execution of established procedures.

Collaborates with senior HR leadership and internal business units to identify opportunities for enhancements to global HR systems, making recommendations and implementing solutions to meet business objectives.

Defines and drives the strategy for utilizing people analytics, including managing engagement surveys, to generate meaningful insights that benefit the broader HR team and business leaders.


Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR Operations and HRIS, including a minimum of 3 years in a complex Workday environment.

5+ years of experience in developing strategies and leading teams focused on HRIS, Analytics, and Operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex relationships across the organization, effectively coordinating time and resources amidst shifting priorities.

Exceptional analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
