What We Seek:


CLevelCrossing collaborates with prestigious educational institutions worldwide to provide exceptional digital learning experiences through degree offerings, specialized courses, and intensive training programs.

This role is pivotal in fostering, nurturing, and broadening connections with both new and existing universities, ultimately leading to the establishment of new agreements.

The ideal candidate will oversee every facet of the sales journey, from generating leads and nurturing relationships to finalizing contracts and obtaining signatures.

This individual will closely collaborate with a member of the Program Strategy team to enhance the efficiency of closing deals and ensure the appropriate programs are tailored to meet institutional needs.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Pipeline Management Across Products:
Execute strategies for partnership development aimed at driving revenue growth across both new and established CLevelCrossing partners.
Degree Programs; Specialized Courses; Intensive Training; Monetized Educational Products

Sales Process Oversight:
Independently guide new programs through a streamlined sales process leading to contractual agreements.

Relationship Development:

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new program partners and internal teams at CLevelCrossing to enhance and expand our institutional presence.

The successful candidate will be adept at negotiating multiple programs simultaneously at a single institution.

Comprehension of Complex Systems:

Articulate all aspects of both bundled and flexible service offerings to senior university and school administrators.

This encompasses everything from formal administrative presentations to Board of Trustee discussions and social engagements (dinners, etc.).

Contract Oversight:

Ensure all major deal points are communicated throughout the sales process, making certain that the university is informed of all critical contract elements during negotiations.

Actively manage the internal contract workflow with our legal department.

Market Analysis:
Provide insights specific to disciplines that enhance partner discussions.

Maintain an informed perspective on online and hybrid digital education as well as the higher education landscape; serve as a thought leader both internally and externally.


Travel Requirements:
Regular travel is anticipated, contingent upon potential partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of sales experience, particularly in enterprise-level sales and intricate deal structures, including long-term revenue-sharing agreements.
  • Proven success in partnership development and a track record of nurturing complex relationships from inception to contract.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • A passion for independent work within a dynamic, evolving team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to seek out solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing intricate sales processes.
  • Experience in building relationships with C-level executives or high-ranking administrators.
  • Terminal degree or equivalent experience.
