Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Task Supervisor to join our team at Leidos in Washington, DC. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for supervising and directing document management analysts, technicians, and other support staff to ensure the successful execution of discovery, pre-trial, and trial support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of document management analysts and technicians to accomplish tasks related to document acquisition, witness binder preparation, exhibit preparation and duplication, case file setup and maintenance, trial-site/courtroom support assignments, and screening/discovery efforts.
  • Report to the project supervisor or project manager on task progress and troubleshoot task issues.
  • Perform quality control spot-checking to ensure that work is of high quality and meets contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with other contractor support staff, including data processing support staff, and document the work performed.
  • Responsible for supervising the automated intake of electronic filings for over 100 active cases, disposition based on procedures, download to a central case files location, and enter data into the case management system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year of experience on major litigation support projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including data processing environments, office automation networks, PC-based databases, and other applications.
  • Knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal or Law Clerk experience.
  • Experience conducting searches, document review, creating coding layouts in Relativity.
  • Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources.
