The VP will be tasked with creating a comprehensive roadmap that meets the global organization's needs, focusing on efficient processes, robust systems, and dependable technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic direction for HRIS technology to adapt to the evolving demands of a growing organization, with a focus on global expansion and acquisitions.

Manage the planning, development, and rollout of new or revamped global HR systems, reports, policies, and procedures.

Direct the global Shared Services team, ensuring the delivery of streamlined HR processes and transactions, while maintaining policy consistency and execution.

Collaborate with senior leadership and internal business units to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements to global HR systems.

Define and lead the strategy for utilizing people analytics, including the management of engagement surveys, to generate actionable insights that benefit the broader HR team and business leaders.

Qualifications:

10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR Operations and HRIS, including a minimum of 3 years in a complex Workday environment.

5 years of experience in developing strategies and leading teams focused on HRIS, Analytics, and Operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Exceptional leadership skills with a strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships within the organization, adapting to shifting priorities.

Proficient analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Strong skills in G-Suite and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
