The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's customer baseManage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholdersMonitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats to the businessCollaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of services and customer satisfactionPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trendsAttend industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the company's servicesNegotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldProven track record of achieving sales targets in the freight forwarding industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skillsKnowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including product, customs regulations, documentation, and pricingAbility to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordinglyProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel for customer meetings and industry eventsCompensation/Benefits:The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $100, $120, The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
