This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and clerical duties, contributing to the overall success of our property management operations.
Responsibilities
- Help with general office work: filing, typing, writing, data entry, etc.
- Assist with Accounting related functions
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Filing & organizing documents
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Serve as contact for maintenance requests, inquiries, and concerns from tenants and clients.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a solutionsoriented approach in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Bilingual a plus
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay:
From $3,400.00 per month
