Responsibilities

  • Help with general office work: filing, typing, writing, data entry, etc.
  • Assist with Accounting related functions
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Filing & organizing documents
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Serve as contact for maintenance requests, inquiries, and concerns from tenants and clients.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a solutionsoriented approach in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Pay:
From $3,400.00 per month
