Open Position: Customer Service / BDC Representatives

We seek individuals with sales experience and familiarity with Auto-Alert to join our team at Toyota of Lincolnwood. While experience is preferred, we provide training for your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Retention
  • Data Mining Customers
  • Make outbound calls and schedule appointments
  • Create appointments by engaging with service customers
  • Complete vehicle sales transactions
  • Part-time position (30 hours/week)
Qualifications:
  • Outgoing and energetic
  • Previous sales experience beneficial
  • Familiarity with Auto Alert advantageous
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
