Job Description

Responsabilités

  • Agir en tant que responsable principal(e) du développement commercial auprès des clients ayant recours aux données probantes du monde réel, y compris les discussions initiales sur l'engagement, l'élaboration de budgets et de propositions pour de nouvelles occasions d'affaires, la facilitation des activités liées à la défense des offres et aux réponses aux appels d'offres, la conclusion de contrats pour les tâches nouvellement attribuées et la supervision des activités de démarrage des projets. Ce rôle consiste à soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie du projet, de la conception et de l'approche méthodologiques, à superviser le démarrage des projets et à s'assurer que le projet est organisé de manière à fournir des niveaux élevés de qualité et de valeur ajoutée, et ce en collaboration avec les équipes de l'étude. Ce rôle est axé sur la sensibilisation aux études d'observation à l'échelle d'un pays, mais le (la) candidat(e) sera chargé(e) de soutenir toute la gamme des solutions du monde réel (Real World Solutions, RWS) et sera tenu(e) d'aider les clients, d'une manière consultative, à concevoir et à formuler l'approche optimale.
  • Agir en tant que responsable principal(e) et coordonnateur(-trice) des activités de marketing des RWS, de leadership éclairé et de sensibilisation des clients. Dans le cadre de ce rôle, le (la) candidat(e) est responsable de la coordination des activités de leadership éclairé des équipes, de la participation aux conférences et de l'établissement du budget, y compris les affiches, les présentations orales, les groupes de discussion, la présence de participants, le marketing et la génération de pistes, les livres blancs, les webinaires pour les clients, la page Web d'IQVIA RWS Canada, et d'autres activités connexes.
  • Mettre à contribution les experts d'IQVIA en matière médicale, scientifique, d'accès au marché, de stratégie, d'économie de la santé et de données du monde réel pour déterminer le concept de solution optimale et diriger une équipe interfonctionnelle dans l'élaboration d'une proposition tout au long de la phase de démarrage du projet.
  • Renforcer la crédibilité face aux clients en établissant des relations de partenariat de confiance.
  • Assumer la responsabilité quant au développement de solutions axées sur le client, et concevoir à la fois des approches stratégiques et méthodologiques pour permettre à IQVIA de mener à bien les projets de ses clients.
  • Travailler de concert avec l'équipe de gestion des comptes pour développer et structurer de manière proactive de nouveaux débouchés commerciaux, et assurer la mise en œuvre de projets des solutions du monde réel provenant de clients du secteur des sciences de la vie dans le cadre de l'ensemble du portefeuille d'offres des RWS.
  • Cela comprend, sans s'y limiter, les études d'observation au niveau d'un pays, la contribution du Canada aux études non interventionnelles multi-pays, les études d'observation fondées sur des bases de données, les études hybrides menées aux centres et enrichies d'une base de données, les études d'innocuité ou d'efficacité après autorisation, les études utilisant l'accès direct au patient, la modélisation de l'économie de la santé, les soumissions d'évaluation des technologies de la santé, les projets d'accès au marché et les solutions stratégiques.
  • Gérer le démarrage du projet et mettre en place les équipes de prestation afin de s'assurer que le projet est en bonne voie et qu'il peut être réalisé dans le respect des spécifications définies lors de la conception.
  • Atteindre ou dépasser les nouveaux objectifs commerciaux assignés en développant et en fournissant des solutions éclairées et à valeur ajoutée qui répondent aux besoins complexes des clients. Jouer un rôle actif et superviser le démarrage du projet et servir de personne de référence principale pour le client au cours de la phase initiale du projet et jusqu'à son démarrage. Veiller à ce que le transfert aux équipes de prestation soit mené à bien et à ce que le client soit pris en charge de manière attentive au cours de cette phase de transfert.
  • Contribuer à renforcer la visibilité d'IQVIA sur le marché, par exemple par le biais de conférences, de réunions avec les clients, de publications, de médias sociaux, etc.
  • Contribuer au renforcement de l'esprit d'équipe, notamment en organisant des entretiens, en offrant un mentorat et une formation aux débutant(e)s et en menant des activités visant à motiver et à fidéliser le personnel, et à favoriser le partage de l'expertise en la matière avec les autres en vue d'accroître nos capacités à fournir aux clients des solutions de classe mondiale.
  • Maîtriser le processus d'élaboration des projets dans SalesForce et assurer la coordination entre l'équipe de prestation des RWS, les équipes de gestion des comptes et les services financiers.


Expérience

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience directe dans la conduite d'études en situation réelle, d'études de phase avancée ou d'études à partir d'une base de données.
  • Avoir fait ses preuves en matière de mobilisation des clients et avoir une expérience avérée des relations avec les clients dans le cadre de nouvelles occasions d'affaires.
  • Avoir de solides compétences en matière de mobilisation des clients, de réflexion stratégique et de conseil.
  • Avoir de solides compétences en leadership, en présentation et en organisation.

Compétences, atouts, qualifications :

  • Solides connaissances scientifiques, en particulier en ce qui concerne les méthodologies de recherche portant sur les résultats rétrospectifs et prospectifs.
  • Comprendre le paysage des soins de santé au Canada, y compris l'accès aux données et aux marchés.
  • Apporter un réseau de relations établi avec les clients.
  • Être une personne entreprenante, autonome et proactive.

Responsibilities

Act as primary owner of Real World Evidence client business development including early engagement discussions, development of budgets and proposals for new opportunities, facilitating bid defense and RFP responses activities, contracting of newly awarded work and overseeing project start-up activities. The role supports project strategy, methodology design & approach, oversight of project start-up, and ensuring the project is set up to deliver high levels of quality/added value, in collaboration with the study teams. The focus of the role is on raising awareness of local country observation studies, but the candidate is responsible for supporting across the full range of RWS solutions and is expected to support clients in designing and putting forward the optimal approach in a consultative manner.

  • Act as the owner and coordinator of RWS marketing, thought leadership and client outreach. In this role the candidate is responsible for coordinating the teams thought leadership activities, conference participations and budgeting, including posters, podium presentations, panels, attendance, marketing, and lead generation, white papers, client webinars, IQVIA RWS Canada webpage, and other related activities.
  • Leverage IQVIA medical, scientific, market access, strategy, health economics, and real-world data experts to determine optimal solution design and lead a cross functional team in proposal development through project start-up.
  • Build credibility across clients through developing trusted partnership relationships
  • Take ownership of developing client-centric solutions, designing both strategic and methodological approaches to ensure that IQVIA secures client projects
  • Work With Account Team To Pro-actively Develop And Shape New Business Opportunities, Securing Real World Solutions Projects From Life Sciences Clients Across Full Portfolio Of RWS Offerings
  • Including, but not limited to, Local Country Observational Studies, Canada's contribution to Multi-Country Non-Interventional Studies, Database-driven Observational Studies, Hybrid Site & Database Enriched Studies, Post Authorization Safety or Efficacy Studies, Direct-to-Patient Studies, Health Economics Modelling, Health Technology Assessment Submissions, Market Access projects, and Strategic Solutions
  • Manage project startup and set up of delivery teams to ensure that they are set up for success and can be delivered within the design specification
  • Meet or exceed assigned new business targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.· Play an active, oversight role in project start-up and act as senior point of escalation for client during this initial project phase through project start-up. Ensure handover to delivery teams is conducted and client is carefully managed during this handover phase
  • Contribute to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications, social media, etc.
  • Contribute to team building including interviewing, mentoring and training juniors and activities to motivate and retain staff and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world class solutions for clients
  • Own the project pipeline process in SalesForce and coordinate between RWS delivery team, account teams, and finance


Experience

  • 5+ years direct experience in the conduct of real world evidence, late phase or database studies.
  • Track record of client engagement and demonstrated experience in engaging with clients in relation to new business opportunities.
  • Strong client engagement, strategic thinking and consultative skill set
  • Strong Leadership, Presentation and Organizational skills

Skills, Assets, Qualifications:

  • Strong scientific knowledge, particularly around retrospective and prospective outcomes research methodologies
  • Understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including data and market access
  • Brings an established set of client relationships
  • Self-starter, autonomous & proactive
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
  • Must have drivers license
  • Travel: up to 30% (Greater Montreal & Toronto)
