workforce planning, human resources strategic planning, talent management, succession planning, web based media sourcing, and compensation administrationStrong relationship and interpersonal skillsExperience managing databases and reporting metricsMature presentation and professional communication style, to win trust and credibility at all levels of the organizationHighly responsive with an ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, complex business environmentFamiliarity with project management, tools and phases of the project lifecycleStrong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Experience navigating in an HRIS systemSome travel requiredCHRP Designation would be an assetBilingual (English/French) is required for role in Montreal, an asset for Oakville.
