Position Overview:

As the Lead Control Software Engineer, you will be taking charge of a team responsible for the software development of industrial automation systems. Your role involves guiding the team in software design, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in control software within the automation sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the project team to ensure timely completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact between management and clients

  • Assess project scope and objectives

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in PLC programming and automation debugging

  • Knowledge of CAD software like EPLAN or AutoCAD
  • Understanding of industrial safety standards
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with network communication technologies
  • Exposure to simulation and robot programming
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capability to guide and support junior team members
