Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional such as marketing, communications, and creative producers to integrate visual elements seamlessly into broader campaigns spanning multiple mediums
Maintain high standards of creative best practices and review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality benchmarks across various channels and mediums
Continually monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, integrating relevant advancements into creative processes across different channels
Effectively present and articulate creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating constructive feedback for projects spanning multiple channels and mediums

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an Art Director in a $200M consumer brand
Minimum 5 years of experience leading internal and contract creatives
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects across various mediums and multi-channel platforms
In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory with proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools

Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on design trends and technological advancements across diverse channels and mediums.

Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Travel up to 10%
