An Assistant Community Manager plays a key role in providing administrative support to the lead Community Manager(s), acting as a bridge between them and homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and internal staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling various administrative tasks for multiple properties, such as preparing governing documents, processing ARB applications, and managing incoming mail/packages.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Assisting homeowners with accessing important community information via the Association website.
  • Maintaining and organizing property unit files.
  • Supporting on-site community inspections, drafting communication, and managing financial statements.
  • Processing account payables, creating reports, and collaborating with different departments.
  • Engaging in training programs to embody the company's Mission and Values.
  • Performing other assigned duties.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of communities, real estate, and homeowners associations.
  • Knowledge of association boards and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Availability on specified dates for utility reads.
  • Hourly rate of $26 for part-time work.
