Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Culver City store. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, management, training, and sales functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing store strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring sales associates to meet business needs
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range
