Overview:
Employee Relations Representative
The man responsibilities of the Employee Relations Representative is to serve as a partner and resource to the business unit by supporting HR policies and practices in support of overall business plans.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a subject matter expert for management in employee relations and employee practices
Investigates and responds to employee complaints
Conducts employee townhall meetings
Networks with other best practice companies to identify and apply leading-edge strategies and resources
Qualifications:
At least two years' experience in a Human Resources function required, including direct experience in employee relations and investigations
The qualified individual must have the ability to influence and interact with all levels of employees and management
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills are required
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations are essential, with previous experience supporting a multi-state operation strongly preferred
Strong business writing skills
Bilingual strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
